Join Jess and Aya Rosewood for 2 hours of "Me Time". The session will be a blissful 2 hours of gentle yoga, combined with sound meditation. Our intention is to provide a space that is relaxing and welcoming, allowing you to leave behind your day-to-day, and to focus on yourself, to relax and let go.
Jess will lead the gentle yoga where everyone is welcome, no matter your experience level. We will focus on different areas of the body, helping you build awareness, create intention, and calm the mind. With guided instruction and supportive variations, you’ll be able to move in a way that feels good for you. Whether you're looking to relax, release tension, or simply take time for yourself, this class offers a warm and inclusive space to connect with your body and breath.
Accompanying and following the gentle yoga practice with Jess, you will be immersed in a sound meditation. Through meditative sounds, you will be enveloped by the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, medicine drums, rain sticks, and other soothing instruments, complemented by Aya Rosewood's singing voice.
This journey unfolds into profound relaxation, a sanctuary of dedicated "me time".
